Shipping Costs
All orders shipped within the US will be charged a flat rate of $15. All orders shipped outside of the US will be charged a flat rate of $25. If we are unable to ship to your location then you will receive a full refund on your purchase.
Delivery or Shipping Issues
If your product is not delivered on time or you never receive your product, please contact us with your full name and the email address you used to purchase the item. We will first contact the shipping service to resolve the issue. If the shipping service is unable to resolve the issue you will receive a new product or a full refund.
