Return And Refund Policy


Returning Digital Downloads

Any digital downloads you purchased from TopVelocity.net is eligible for return and refund if we receive your request within 60 days of the date of purchase along with a reason for the return. Once a refund is issued, you will no longer have access to the item. To request a refund and return, click the Contact Us button in the top navigation page to reach us via e-mail. Please make sure to include the title of the item you wish to return in your request, along with the the name and email you used to purchase the item.

Returning Hardcopys

Any item shipped to you through the mail can be returned for a full refund within 60 days of the date of purchase as long as it is in new condition. To request a refund and return, click the Contact Us button in the top navigation page to reach us via e-mail then mail the hardcopy back to the address below. Once we receive the item in new condition we will issue the refund. Please make sure to include the title of the item you wish to return in your request, along with the the name and email you used to purchase the item? You will be responsible for the return shipping.
