Brent,

In week 6, we are to do the 3 position clean, clean grip deadlift, and ws good morning. I'm not exactly sure how to do these lifts because they aren't in the instructional videos and they are not in the percentage chart so I don't know what weight to use for them.

In week 8, we max out on the 3 lifts. We should continue with the throwing program and conditioning right? I would like to get my 60 time, broad jump, etc to see how much I improved since I've started the program too.

I am in week 5 right now, so throwing and conditioning today!

The 3 Position Clean is one rep each of a power clean, below the knee clean and the hang clean.

The clean grip deadlift is a deadlift like the video here with a clean grip instead of a deadlift.

I like Eric's instruction of the deadlift here:

The Wide Stance Goodmorning is a Goodmorning with your feet past shoulder width.

After the first 8 week cycle you want to start the cycle again either using your new max lifts or your 3X Goals.

The throwing program goes through the entire 16 system calendar.

Test your 60, broads, verticals whenever you want!

Thanks Brent. How do you find the percentage for these lifts? They aren't in the chart.

Brent,

I know how to calculate the percentages, but those 3 lifts aren't in the table. Unless I treat these 3 lifts as if I were calculating percentages for a regular clean, good morning, and rdl.

Clean grip is a thumb grip with thumbs down on the bar and the deadlift grip is a similar grip position but the hands are one up and down.
