What do you mean by when it "stops"? I know that it naturally pronates, but what i'm saying is if we should apply the pronation into the ball, if that makes sense…

I guess ya lost me. i thought you were saying your arm stopped pronating… i had to see this… I pictured a girl throw or something…HAHA…

The wife made fun of me for trying your theory, while Im sitting here at the idiot box. It may be different if i were to actually throw a ball but from where I sit right now (get it..haha) I dont see it happening… Or Im mis understanding the question still

Pronation begins at the point of release which when throwing a straight fastball this should put your bird finger on the ball last. This will produce 12-6 rotation, not a spiral rotation like a football or a basketball.

Hey, I found this from like the reject shop (or a convenience store for those who don't know the shop). context=C331845cADOEgsToPDskLo8j-f4nfVxAL2ohKImj8O Don't mind the mechanics, I was trying to throw it like a football, but I ended up going down because I wanted to throw it straight. So the mechanics are definitely not the best I could do. I got separation though…XD
