Thanks Brent, I threw today went from 84 to 87.  Hopefully I will be able to attend one of your camps in the near future.  Thanks again for the advice!

Nice work! I will post the dates for the summer camps during the season. Just check back here. In the meantime dig into the 3X Pitching velocity program as much as you can before the season starts. I also have the 3X Pre-Season program to take you into this season if needed.

To tell you the truth I am not actually playing with a team.  I went to play in college and messed up with my grades, now I am in the process of fixing them while looking for a school to play for.  If you have any camps with in the next couple of months or during the season I would do my best to attend.

Thanks,

Alex

Well, Alex, it's alright to not be playing in a team. I recommend playing in them for the game experience, like the mental part of pitching. But as for the physical, there is no need to, especially if your coach is teaching some wierd things. Pitching, i guess, does take you away from studies, but pitching is something awesome to do :D. I guess, that's why you should keep a day planner so that you don't forget to study XD. Once school starts for me, i'm going to make a planner so that i don't miss study, my strength and conditioning, playing my instruments, and all kinds of other things XD.

Alex,

What would be a good month for you to come down for a camp? I will be glad to put a Velocity camp together before the summer and put the word out. Maybe we could get some more guys like you who are not playing but looking for a chance to make a team.
