Have already completed beginners program and are in first week of the Ace Pitchers handbook 3x training program.  Casey was clocked at 50.4MPH on Monday.

Due to his age we are not working with weights (Except joint integrity).  Performing Med throw, Target throws, and Joint integrity.  Not following Core and Anaerobic conditioning parts of program because his team has started winter training and will be performing most of the same workouts twice a week for the next 8 weeks. (reviewed with his coach)

Casey hurt his knee 9 weeks into the program. Hurt himself in batting practice not pitching.  Stopped baseball activities the past five weeks.  He is ok now but the season has started.  Should he continue the program where he let off?  Do a subset or just wait until the end of the season.

Was looking better first time on the mound then before he started the program but didn't seem to be getting into extension.  He does have a brace on for the next three weeks but is cleared for full baseball activity.

If he is not going to pitch a lot this season then you can continue the program. Just make sure he isn't overdoing it.

Do you want me to put together another analysis for him here?

No analysis, just wanted to provide you as much info as possible so you could answer my questions.  I will probably use him once every two weeks to give him experience and rest my other pitchers (Luckily I have that flexibility with the team I drafted) .  Not sure how his travel team coach will use him but I don't think it will be a lot.

I will adjust the training based on pitch count for the week and how he is feeling.

About what week should I submit for a analysis?
