OfflineThanks Zedoryu! He's been working hard, especially with the 3x medicine ball drills. For reference the tape on the floor (you may be able to see it, it's about where his toe lands) is about 3-4" more than his height. We weren't using it to measure his stride, it just happens to be what I used to help put the mound where it was set up previously to insure it was at the correct distance.

Seriously, the program has been awesome. He loves it, and best of all there are noticeable/real results, both in the video and on the mound. He'll continue to work hard on the things you pointed out!
