Brent:  after watching this analysis, I wanted to make sure I understand this part of the sequencing correct:

1.  front foot opens

2.  drive foot opens as part of 3X

3.  3X completed

4.  front foot lands

…. also, because the front foot should wait as long as possible to open, the entire 3X movement has to be completed in a very short time window between when the front foot opens and then lands ?

Sorry, John I thought you where Connor's Dad responding. Thanks for the chart it is perfect. You can see how his stride length and speed is not converting into torque or separation.

Hey Brent, Wanted to make sure that you got my response to your question about where Connor is in the program.  He finished 4 weeks of 3X and converted to the Pre-season per your suggestion.  He is starting his 3rd week of that.  Would you like to rearrange his schedule.  Let me know.  Thanks to the others for all of the input.  Very informative!

I would rather have him on the 3X Pitching Velocity program but that would mean not pitching much this season. If he is going to pitch a lot this season then he needs to use the 3X Pre-Season program and the 3X In-Season program to focus on having a productive year. He can then come back this summer and focus hard on enhancing 3X power into hip to shoulder separation.
