hey brent,

I happened to notice a big thing about how to achieve triple extension. You told the pitchers to be in front of their foot and knee that are on the rubber as their leg kick is going up. I was wondering how you get into that position so i can work on it and get farther down the mound and get down it faster.

Thank you

You want to start shifting your momentum forward early in your leg lift but I do not coach this component until you master 3X before front foot strike into optimal hip to shoulder separation. This is what we focus on first in the 3X Pitching Velocity Program.

Brent, you talked about outfielders building momentum thru the crow hop, this video shows Cargo doing just that.  I hope this may help explain and illustrate your point a little more.

Awesome! He actually uses 3X in his drive leg to power his hips. Good stuff!
