I'm on the 6th week of the fusion system, but I just started the velocity system a couple of days ago.Bench Press-220, Power Clean-215, Squat-280. I'm 5'10'' and I weigh 170 lbs.

L to FM = .45 secs
FM to FFS
= .62 secs
FFS to PR = .15 secs
SL at FFS = about 5.3 feet
Back foot to rubber at FFS = 6 inches
Average Velocity = NA (What is your current velocity?)

FFS

I have been trying to create more flexion like you said but I'm having trouble creating flexion and getting out far enough at the same time. Any advice would be helpful.
