I started the fusion system first and I'm on the 11th week and for the velocity system I'm on the 5th week
My max
Squat 300
Power clean 225
Bench 240
My maxes may have gone up since week 8

The only thing that I occasionally skip is the anaerobic conditioning

You are 5 weeks into a 16 week program and you are saying that you can not implement these mechanics. You need to email me video of the drills that you are having issues with for analysis and you also need to understand that 5 weeks is a very short period of time to develop new motor coordination. You need to not get ahead of yourself here and focus on first implementing triple extension before front foot strike with optimal hip to shoulder separation. Once you have become comfortable with this then you can focus on the "Load" position and more.

The 3X Pitching Velocity program gives you 16 weeks to master 3X and hip to shoulder separation then as you move into the 3X Pre and In-season programs you will start to work on the other components.

I'm not really struggling with any of the drills, but I just don't feel like I'm getting any torque when I'm actually pitching. It's still early in the velocity program so hopefully if I keep working hard I'll make improvements.

I was planning on doing the 3x velocity part 2 program after I finished this one, but do you think I should do the In and Pre season programs first?

Saying that you don't feel like you are getting any torque isn't enough. You need to use video analysis to see if your mechanics are working. You can either post it up here or check it yourself.

If your goal is increasing velocity then you need to continue the 3X Velocity programs. The 3X Pre and In-season programs were developed to take your velocity gains into the season.

Which is why video analysis is important. It's so you can see what you're doing wrong and what you are doing good at. Also, remember that Level 1 is for strength and speed development, and level 2 is for motor coordination right Brent? Obviously your maxes are good, so you can do level 2 after you complete level 1. So what are you working on now Brent?

The Level 1 Fusion system is more focused on speed and strength development and Level 2 focuses more on mobility. I am currently developing the 3X In-Season program.
