OfflineHey Brent,
I purchased the 3x program a little over a month ago, so I've been reading through everything a couple times, learning more about the forms for the olympic lifts and just getting everything ready, and I'm planning on starting the program within a couple weeks. Here is a video of my current pitching mechanics, so if you could check it out I would really appreciate it.
I'm 6'5, 200lb, and right now I'm topping out in the 79-80 range.

OfflineHey Brent,
I'm a few weeks into the program, and i used a radar gun for the first time since my first analysis, and I noticed my average velocity is down about 4 or 5 mph. This might not be anything to worry about at this point, but I wanted to send a new video so I could improve what I'm doing. One thing I have noticed is I feel like I'm driving a little harder off my back leg.
Also, strength-wise, I had about a year of lifting experience before starting, so heres my PRs in case that would give you some clue as to what I should be able to do potentially with my mechanics.-squat(335), bench(205), power clean(205), deadlift(365)
Thanks for your help,
Lucas Blumhorst
