OfflineShea threw in front of some guys on the high school staff this morning in an "open gym" and the point was made that velocity was not up due to a short stride. They said he needs to push off the back leg, not simply just stride farther with the front. it seemed like that is the same point made here at top velocity. My question is, we just joined the program last week and will doing the beginners drills get the stride lengthened??
