My brother is 13 turning 14 in November, he is 5 foot 3" and is 115lbs in American measurements. I live in Australia so we use cm and kg. Well if you want to know what his measurements his height is 164cm and weight 52kg. I have just learnt the 3X pitching approach and I have read most of your articles trying to learn more about 3X. He is learning the 3X approach slowly because he pitches in the submarine angle which you have recently analyzed. He is having trouble getting his hips to force out using triple extension to get top hip to shoulder separation, but he is slowly getting there. He just recently joined a baseball club because our parents didn't like us going to a sports club but we eventually made them allow us to go. He is going to a camp next month where there will be lots of MLB scouts and MLBAAP players I think it was. That's what it said on the information. So he is really trying hard to get top velocity especially since he is pitching with a submarine angle. We don't really have access to heavy weights either such as the lifts, so we are trying to figure another way of fixing this problem. He is very devoted to baseball and hopefully it pays off at the camp next month with 3X pitching. I actually don't know his velocity yet because we don't have access to a radar gun, but I'm thinking his velocity is around 80. Yes, we live in a non-sporting area, so there's not many things around here. We actually started to like baseball from watching alot of Japanese animations. He was born with the submarine angle because he threw everything from below to 90 degree angle when he was young, and when he threw from over the top, it was strenous for him. We watched alot of Japanese animation because it was really intriguing, and we learnt a few things from it, like throwing in the submarine angle. He was actually discriminated because he threw everything from below and everyone said he threw like a girl. Since we came across this angle of pitching he started to take a liking for baseball, so that he could prove to his friends that he was not throwing like a girl. We came across 3X pitching because when he started baseball he was pitching in the 70s. We wanted to look for velocity gains and we tried a few programs especially Paul Reddick's 90mph program. They were giving a few velocity gains but had no real experience with the mechanics tied with fastballers. So I looked around for more programs and came across yours. He has gained about 3mph doing what you saw in the analysis maybe better. But since we were confused about a few things we couldn't figure out the real problem with his mechanics, especially since he had alot if inconsistencies. But the analysis was great and he is trying to apply it to his delivery. Oh yes, about the high leg lift we learnt it from Japanese animation, and since we've seen a few fastballers using a high leg lift like Trevor Hoffman, we applied it to our mechanics. Well this is pretty much his bio, but we haven't gone to far with this program yet since it was only a few days ago that I learnt about it. So we are fully committing ourselves to this program and hopefully we can see velocity gains in the next month so that he can hopefully get scouted.

Thanks for the Bio. Make sure he starts the beginner guide first. He is at the age where he needs to start with the beginner guide and build his base before he moves into the performance enhancing program which is the Ace Pitcher Handbook in the program.

I would suggest he do his best at the camp but understand that he is young and he has a lot of years to develop into an elite pitcher, no matter what arm angle. Even though the throwing drills in the program are over the top drills they will still help him at his current arm slot. Remember this isn't a quick fix program. It is a program that he can build a career around.

The #1 velocity enhancement program in the world. This program has helped hundreds reach their velocity goals. If you want to know what it is like to throw 90+mph then you must purchase this revolutionary approach to velocity TODAY!
