OfflineI just started fall baseball and in the first game of starting pitching my elbow was hurting not a stabbing pain but an annoying pain. My mechanics are decent right now for my age. So I want to know how to stop the pain while pitching. Also I get sore in my muscles after games like all in the whole right side of my body, my right leg gets pretty sore at school whenever I am not moving for example when I'm sitting in a chair, I like to triple extend that leg a lot while pitching so maybe I put too much abuse on it.
