OfflineBrent,
I'm 6 feet tall and weigh 155. I'm a relatively skinny guy, only 5% body fat, and I think I should start looking into ways to put on more weight and I feel like I could add some strength and velocity with more mass. What is your opinion on this? And if you think I should, what are some methods that I could use?

OfflineI think you need all the wait you can get as long as it converts to power. I am all about bigger, stronger and faster. I recommend the Fusion System in the 3X Pitching Velocity Program along with supplementing your diet 1.5 grams of protein per body weight. Take whey protein in morning, after workout and casine at night before bed along with thr Fusion System and you will start gaining weight the more the stronger you get.
