First of all, I dont know what the word in the title means, but when I spell checked terminology, That word popped up and I went with it..it looks really cool. I bet It would sound really cool, if I could pronounce it!! HAHA

Anywhoooo…

Brent; Did you "coin" the the phrases/words

Force Vector

Triple extension (3X)

If so, There pretty cool words…. But Can I use them to teach my boyz? I like putting the terminology with the creators!!

Force Vector and Triple Extension come from the Olympic Lifting world. I am a USA Weightlifting Certified Sports Performance coach so I pulled these words and there meanings into the pitching world because it was in desperate need of some dynamic concepts. They fit perfectly because no one had defined the power stride or how hip to shoulder separation can be enhanced. This is why I have claimed this to be revolutionary. The National Pitching Association (NPA) discovered hip to shoulder separation and how it increases pitching velocity but they could NOT tell us how to enhance it. Triple extension is the key. This is where 3X pitching came from.

The #1 velocity enhancement program in the world. This program has helped hundreds reach their velocity goals. If you want to know what it is like to throw 90+mph then you must purchase this revolutionary approach to velocity TODAY!
