Hey Brent, just a quick question for you. You said that level 2 of the velocity program will focus on power production, I was curious what will level 3 main focus be, and also when it might come out.

Level 2 focuses more on strength and power with a lot of one leg exercises and lifts. Level 3 will be pure power!
