OfflineHi Brent, I went thru your program and it helped alot but now the season is rolling around. I'm going to be a starter (which I haven't done since Little League) and was seeing what type of lifting I should do to maintain strength during the season. We play weekend series and usually one or two midweek games per week. I would be starting 1 game per week and that's about it. Any advice would help, thanks!

OnlineI would recommend that you move into the 3X Pre-Season Program because it has the pre-season strength and conditioning program which starts to lower the loads while focusing on strength maintenance. The throwing program also has all of the new drills to train the lift to load components in the 3X mechanics.
I am currently developing the 3X In-season program which will be out soon.
