OfflineHey guys, just a quick question. What do you think is a good way to build someone's flexibility in his legs? I have a pitcher who I'm working with, he is quite big, no offense. He can't do weights because of his parents and I don't have access to med balls. Any idea what kind of thing I can do? We need to get him pretty flexible by March. I should be able to, but it's hard without following 3X XD.
