OfflineWhen performing Olympic Lifts in your program, is the bar supposed to be dropped after each rep? Ex: Clean Pulls for 5 reps at xx%, after each rep at the top is the bar dropped then another rep performed or is the bar lowered (swung) back down to the hip area to quickly do another rep? I do have bumper plates.

OfflineWell yea, this is totally up to you. But for me the environment that I'm working out in doesn't support dropping of the bar. But there are benefits in dropping the bar, like not having to have any more pressure when lowering the weight, more sets maybe, but yea, the decision is totally up to you XD.
