OfflineMy daughter (13 yoa/7th grade) has just finished her first 8 weeks of the fusion system…WOW. Here are her 1RM lifts before/after in lbs. Back squat 100/140, power clean 70/90, power jerk 50/70, clean pull 110/130, Push ups 1/7, Vertical leap 15"/21", standing broad jump 77"/82". She's a slap hitter, and she can fly. As of now she is only .3 of sec. off average college speed for slap hitters. She only weighs 93 lbs. I work 24 on/48 off, so we changed her workout days. We only work out the days I'm off, so she gets a full days rest in between. Her school softball season starts on Feb. 6, Mon. thru Fri. How/what can we do now and in-season so she can keep what she has gained?

OfflineThat is great to hear! I struggle with getting my 13 year old boys to lift a medicine ball.
