OfflineI have found a carry can in my house that can carry up to 20kg which is about 45lbs. Obviously not including the weight of the can itself. How do you think I could use this for strength and conditioning instead of a barbell (I don't have access to a barbell)? I don't know exactly what kind of things I could do with it. And by the way, it's the one which is rectangular and has a handle on top.
