Another random question, but here goes. Obviously we believe that the power clean is the best way to build leg strength and speed. Let's say that if we could only do the clean because it is one of two strength building exercise (other than the deadlift) that you can do that is done by bringing the bar up from the ground, so what I'm saying is can we make a program that is only based on these two exercises?. What I mean is that if you don't have a rack to hold the bar like let's say to do a bench or back squat you can't do those exercises unless if you use the weight that you have cleaned, which probably isn't the same weight for both exercises. This is one of the reasons why I'm not getting the program just yet, and there are obviously other reasons, like not having a credit card to purchase the program online (my parents don't want me giving their info out onto the Internet), and I'm still too young to get a job of my own. But I am wanting to get the program really badly (hint, hint) and once I'm able to work, which is probably in August this year (a long time) I'll get the program as fast as I can. Well, I'm going to work hard at it, and hopefully I can use 3X mechanics by the end of the year. Even though I want to get to perform 3X by March this year, but it probably won't be possible by then, XD.

Z, remember the clean is a power lift and the deadlift is more of a pure strength lift.

For those who can not afford the 3X programs currently I have the Baseball Pitching Workout- Beginner. If you do not have a gym then I would suggest that you replicated the movements with some type of resistance. If this is your goal to be able to train with the 3X program then I believe you will one day achieve that goal and I wish you luck!

I have based my workout on the beginner program and even then, the program has back squats which for me is hard to do because I have to clean it above my head and put it on my back. Which takes up most of my energy from cleaning. I cant go to the gym because i'm too young (need to be 16 to use the weights) and at the moment i only have the bar, so this will limit me if working with only cleans and deadlifts do limit me but yes, I will someday achieve that goal, and hopefully I won't falter. :D also by then I will be really knowledgeable with 3X so I guess it will be a fun opportunity then XD.
