OfflineI believe you want to be as quick to the plate as possible, without losing velocity. The key is modifying the leg lift and focusing on the force vector into triple extension. You also want to mix up your timing to the plate and also mix in some pick offs. Just like changing speeds on the hitting to disrupt his timing you want to change your times to the plate and to first or the runners base to disrupt his first step when stealing a base.
