OfflineHey guys, I have just been very interested in the rotator cuff. What is the best exercise you can do to create more internal and external rotation? I believe also that throwing a baseball is actually an exercise and we shouldn't be doing too many exercises as it overworks the arm. We were just talking about the Inverted W, and I believe some stuff for the rotator cuff and obviously some kind of scap loading drill would help me and also him.
