Brent,

Firstly, yes you have pornounced my name correctly, thanks! :D

Least to say – I will implementing these things, effective immediately.

Your comments are interesting. If you were to look a shoiab akhtar's early days i.e. 1999 then you will see a much slimmer guy bowling just as fast. I reckon though, that is due to the fact that as he got older he got bigger but started running in slower (Quid Pro Quo).

I have a video where you can see me from the stumps or wickets as you correctly pronounced. (to be fair it took me a while learning all the baseball terminology in order to align my body correctly. Rubber, wtf is rubber?). It seems I never close as much as Akhtar. Which to me from your analysis suggest, reduced separation, reduced core torque – lower velocity.

My big question is to see speed gains, would all the mechanics have to be spot on or fixing one at a time improve speed. I say this because, i could land side on well from now on no problem. But if the knee is bent then it will all be wasted, correct me if I am wrong?

The "Keep the front leg straight" analysis is interesting since the second fastest bowler Brett Lee does exactly this, however, his team mate, Shaun Tait does bend the knee a lot and still clocks 100mph – this maybe scientifically interesting to you, not saying what i'm doing is right. In fact the more mistakes you find the more I know I can get faster, Laugh

Before I purchase, are you referring to the $197 program, is that downloaded on-line or will I have to wait for delivery?

Thanks again Brent, wonderful bit of analysis and sincerely appreciated.

P.S. I'm a train like nobody has done before with your program. I'll post a video in Jan!!
