Sung-Min Kim sent me some great links today. I wanted to post his email here with the links. I am a big fan of Korean and Japanese pitchers because they have great 3X Mechanics.

Hi!

This isn't really question or concern but I came across several videos and gifs
of Korean and Japanese hard throwers, just in case if you wanted to expand the
horizon or reference! I found those really fascinating as well. I bought Ace
Pitcher's Handbook (eBook version) a week ago and it's helped a lot. It's been
a long time since I was on the mound but I still want to challenge myself to be
in top condition (which I have been working on; I lost a lot of fat on my body
by doing cardio and I recently started to lift) and see how much of velo I can
get using your program.

Anyways, here are the videos:

Kyuji Fujikawa (hard-throwing Japanese top closer)

Chang Yong Lim (hard throwing Korean sidearm reliever in Japanese league; hit
99mph in 2010)

Hideki Irabu (1990's Japanese pitcher; hard thrower and known as Japanese Nolan
Ryan. Also pitched in Major Leagues. If you skip to 1:59, you can see a cool
side view slo-mo of his delivery)

Yoshinori Satoh (young flamethrower in Japan, can hit upper 90's; he has really
aggressive triple extension)

Ki-Ju Han (Korean pitcher heralded as phenom few years ago; capable of throwing
in mid-90's and reaching 98mph. Smooth, long stride and quick triple extension)

Yu Darvish (top Japanese pitcher and sat at mid-90's during NPB spring
training. This is a nice slo-mo)

Choji Murata (Japanese Hall of Famer; he threw in mid-90's in his prime and
actually hit 83mph few years ago as a 60 year old. Very unusual delivery but
nice triple extension)

Hope this comes useful!
