Coach Stewart is currently the lead pitching instructor at Bottom of the Ninth. He has 40+ years of experience with playing and coaching baseball. He currently is an assistant coach for High School and the American Legion.
Coach Stewart played a variety of sports while he was growing up and found a passion for baseball. He played in the American Legion and played at Carl Sandburg College. During his sophomore year of college, he injured his pitching arm thus ending his baseball career. After college, he had joined the US Air Force and served for 32 years.
In May of 2018 Coach Stewart had attended 3X camp and participated in drills and weight training. In June of 2018, he officially became a certified instructor of 3X velocity.
