2X Goals: Power Clean 1.5X Body Weight – Back Squat 2X Body Weight – Bench Press 1.5X Body Weight – Vertical Jump 30-40 inches – Broad Jump 9-10 feet – 60 yard dash <7.0 seconds – Med Ball Chest Up – Step Throws 40+mph – Med Ball Separation – Step Throws 45+mph – Target Throws Chest Up – Step Throws 75+mph – Target Throws Separation – Step Throws 85+mph

It is highly recommended that you list your 2X Goals here before you start the 2X Velocity Program. First list your current Player Profile and then post your goals next to it. You can also keep us up to date on your progress through the 2X Velocity Program. If you plateau or your numbers start to drop you need to alert us here so we can help you solve the problem.

2x velocity program goals:
Power clean: 185 lbs
Hang clean: 185- 225 lbs
Velocity: 77- 85 mph
60: 7.0- 6.8
*correct mechanics for a high velocity position player

My current numbers as of 5/10/14

60: 7.0 (best)
-7.1 average
Outfield Velocity: 77 mph
Bench max: 225 lbs
Hang clean: 185 lbs max with proper form
Dead lift: 475 hex bar proper form
