Hi I’m Ryan,
I’m 29 years old 180cm and about 80kgs at the moment.
Currently peaking at 70mph
I’m really working on mechanics, and it feels like I’m banging my head against a wall hahaha.
so doing the throwing program and the weight program, has anyone found it hard to do both without being sore? or is just cause I’m on the old side hahaha, and should I be doing the lifting before the throwing?
