Beginners Guide | 3X Pitching Velocity Programs | TopVelocity Baseball Forum

Just bought the program. It’s everything I expected it to be! I do have a question pertaining to the Beginners Guide though. I am relatively new to pitching and wouldn’t consider myself to be very strong. I am looking to be as prepared as possible before going into the Fusion and Ace Pitcher Handbook. Do you recommend that I do all of the Beginner Drills, Beginner Training Program, Core and Medicine Ball Routines, Shoulder/Forearm/Rice Bucket Routines, and Anaerobic Conditioning all during the same week? Each has its own weekly schedule and was wondering if all the schedules should be combined together for the same week.

Yes, all the routines in the Beginner’s Guide to 3X Pitching like in the Ace Pitcher Handbook should be performed daily. The order is always motor coordination before strength and conditioning. This means the Beginner Drills before the Beginner Training for the day.
I would recommend that you go through the Beginner Drills and Training first if you have little experience with weight training, especially the Olympic lifts. You can set up a 4 or 8 week training cycle for you to start training with using the Dynamax balls or med balls. Then you can graduate to the barbell once you feel comfortable with the lifting technique. I would not rush this if you have never trained like this before. You need to establish a good base or foundation before you start to push your performance in the Ace Pitcher Handbook. Injury can occur if you go to hard too fast.
