Beginner’s Program for 13-yr-old Without Weight Training | 3X Pitching Velocity Programs | TopVelocity Baseball Forum

My son turned 13 literally a few days ago. He’s a relatively good pitcher in his age group and I’m considering purchasing the beginner’s program for him. However, I’m concerned about the weight training part at his age.
Does a big part of the beginner’s program consist of actual weight training (clean and jerks, squats, bench press, etc.)?

Yes and it is teaching him technique before weight. I would recommend he get on the TopVelocity Training App because the Beginner programming in a full 8 weeks and starts without any weight training.
