Mike, I understand your frustration. I am glad you contacted me.

You need to understand that my programs are not conventional wisdom. Because you do not find the common everyday lifts and exercises in the Handbook doesn't mean it is not legitamit. I have study all of the lifts and I have used all of the lifts in my career and the ones that are by far the best for developing power in the pitcher are all the lifts in the Fusion System especially the Olympic Lifts. I know that you are just out of surgery and you should take your time with my program but you need to get started learning the exercises and lifts if it is just doing a few reps per lift. I would recommend not even using weight until you learn the proper mechanics of each lift and exercise. This is why I have all of the instructional videos for every part of the program.

The entire program was developed to coach and train the pitcher to implement the 3X Pitching Mechanics which I wanted you to learn more about in my Pitching 101 video. If the program coaches and trains you to do this you will far exceed your velocity goals. This is why this program is so effective but it isn't going to help you if you do not commit yourself to the entire program. You can not take an associate position here. You must believe in this program and give yourself to mastering it! I am here to help!
