I just bought the 3x extreme velocity program a week ago. I’m familiar with most lifts and drills in the beginners program. My fall season is only a few weeks away and I obviously don’t have enough time to complete the ace pitcher handbook. Should I just complete the pre season lifting program and drills and not do the offseason lifting program? Or should I start the offseason Fusion system and just do it for 3 or so weeks?

Thanks,

Andrew

If you are throwing more than 2-3 innings per week I would move into the pre-season and then the inseason training manuals. If you have throwing 2-3 innings per week or less then I would continue with the Ace Pitcher Handbook.

I did the off-season program personally one season when I threw more than 2-3 innings per week and it was extremely challenging but I just survived it and made some gains but not as big of gains as when I was not in season.
