Brent,

 

Thanks for the analysis.  Our takeaway from you would be that he is getting better at the timing and positioning of the movements, but lacks the speed (acceleration and burst off the back leg). So in order to slam the hips open, he needs to move out in a more linear first move and not down (jack knifing). He’s up to 6’6″ and 191 lbs. now. Bench=150, Power clean=150, and Squat= 370.

His 3X Goals should be around 1.5X Body Weight on Power Clean and Bench Press and 2x Body Weight on Squat. He also needs to see similar improvements in his vertical and broad jump along with 60 or 40 yard sprint times.
