I guess ya lost me. i thought you were saying your arm stopped pronating… i had to see this… I pictured a girl throw or something…HAHA…
The wife made fun of me for trying your theory, while Im sitting here at the idiot box. It may be different if i were to actually throw a ball but from where I sit right now (get it..haha) I dont see it happening… Or Im mis understanding the question still
Wheres Brent?

Hey, I found this from like the reject shop (or a convenience store for those who don't know the shop). context=C331845cADOEgsToPDskLo8j-f4nfVxAL2ohKImj8O Don't mind the mechanics, I was trying to throw it like a football, but I ended up going down because I wanted to throw it straight. So the mechanics are definitely not the best I could do. I got separation though…XD

Well I got to ask because next week we do the internal and external brings with secure foot football and baseball. First we use younger footballs and in referrals to the nerf Brent stated the weight of the football is important as well.

You can’t learn that without watching a video http://www.playsportstv.com/football,
you have to watch a video
but i will teach you something, there is no CORRECT technique
every QB has his technique and mechanics that suite him …but for sure there is some basics that have to be taught …like:
roll your fingers off the ball
follow through
etc
But I’ll give you examples of some things that QB’s do differently:
some quarterbacks believe that your hand should end on your left hip after the follow through, others believe it should be more of a lateral follow through, and your hand should end on the ribs not the hip
Some quarterbacks take 2 steps while going after a deep ball to get the most momentum …others take only one step and find it better…
some quarterbacks like roll-out plays because they are not as good from the pocket because they’re not tall enough to see through the linemen, like Michael Vick, others tend to play from the pocket like tom Brady or peyton manning
see the difference? there’s no correct technique …if you find tossing the ball for a 100 yards completion is easier than throwing it with a so-called perfect spiral, do it
learn to do things YOUR way …its the fastest and best way to learn
