I would watch his head. He is leaning over his belt buckle during his stride and then he throws his head back up at front foot strike. This is why he is falling off the the left hard. He needs to stay more tilted over his butt during the beginning of the stride. This will preventing this head jerk from throwing his balance hard to the left.

I know stills aren’t optimal, but this is the first time in a long time I’ve been able to get live game pics.   One pic is right before front foot strike and one is right after.
