Proven wrong by who? Obviously you think he is wrong and have said he is wrong, but I havent seen any proof in any of your posts. As I said earlier I dont know if you’re right or wrong, if I knew everything about pitching I wouldnt be here. Just show me some tangible evidence to back up your claims.

Yes we’d like to listen to your approach an see how it is ‘better’ that TopVelocity. But don’t come complaining about things without any real evidence in your approach. Obviously it is easier to defend than to change our approach like many conventional wisdom coaches have done, but if you show some evidence we will try our best to improve the program to become the best program to improve velocity by massive gains.

Are you reading comprehension challenged?

Evidence?

This site received true evidence for the first time today.

I’ve filled this site with evidence.

Read it.

Ask Brent how Haren pushes into a block while airborne.

Ask Brent about his mistake on Haren’s separation.

Ask Brent how to push a whip.

There is much more….read it.

Let’s all just ignore this guy. He posts behind the name teacherman. He doesn’t use his real name. He posts no references to other sources and when I search the web in other forums he is doing the same thing. Filling the forums with insanity. I am going to ban him now because he just crashed the server.

I just crashed the server?

If so, how can I post this?

Is there no end to what you will say?

Why can’t you talk pitching?

Folks, you are being led by someone afraid of the truth.

Because the server just reset itself.

If you are speaking the truth then why do you continually have to repeat yourself?

Haren pushes off before he gets airborne. Isn’t that obvious? Then how do you get airborne without pushing? And you and push a whip. To generate the most power from a whip you must first ‘push’ which is in fact a pull to generate the whip. And Dan Haren is just one of many examples of pitching. Haren may have more separation before front foot strike. But what does that have to do with anything? There is nothing for him to whip his body until front foot strike occurs. If you do that, simply your pitching with just your arm. It’s like trying to get separation by standing.

Can you show me anything that is ‘cutting edge’ about this site….and not archaic?

Including this software.

First of all, this website has the best interactive software of any website in which I have participated.  In fact, it has more features than any other.  There is just a little bit of a learning curve because it has more capability.

In addition, the “webinar” from Top Velocity in which I participated had the best online capability.  I believe that Citrix GoToMeeting was used.  GoToMeeting allowed many participants to view a video and interactively comment – far more than what Skype can offer.

Finally, 3X Extension is the best program for pitching that I have seen to try to teach how to use the body in the most effective fashion.  Some methods speak of “separation,” but 3X Extension offers an evidence-based approach to use the body, create separation, and to generate the most effect and maximum potential from the body than any other program.  Some of the concepts like “separation” have been discussed elsewhere; yet 3X Extension offers a method to accomplish the job.  Golf has been much farther along than baseball in personal instruction.  Baseball pitching is much different than golf in the way that the hips are used.  In golf, both hands are placed on the club and there is no stride at all.  With pitching, only one had is on the ball and navigating striding down the mound creates different challenges.  This is the best method for baseball pitching that I have seen yet.
