Bicep Pain when I pitch | Nurtition and injury prevention | TopVelocity Baseball Forum
My name is Mike. I’ve been looking into buying the 3x velocity program, but first I want to ask a question. Lately, I’ve been getting really bad bicep pain when I’m pitching. I don’t know if its mechanical or if it’s tendonitis or a tear. It’s at the bottom of the bicep (farthest away from shoulder.) Can someone help me out with what this can be and how i can prevent it from happening?

Michael, thanks for your question because it is an extremely common issue. The bicep pain that you are experiencing is from overuse, poor mechanics and poor joint integrity. This is not a quick fix issue or a one exercise or one adjustment solution. You need to use a program like the 3X Pitching Velocity Program to develop better joint integrity, pitching/throwing mechanics and also learn how to not overuse the arm with practice reps and game reps. I hope this helps!

So should I tell my coach I cannot pitch for awhile? I have a big conference game this week that I am supposed to relief in. I am saving up to buy the program, it’s just tough staying healthy for me… I just came off Tommy John last year.
