If you are drinking a lot of water make sure you are supplementing with a multi vitamin a lot of water hydrates you but also flushes minerals in the process.
Creatine is ok In my opinion but not necessary if you eat a lot of meat. Wild game has some serious natural creatine duck being the best. Chicken has quite a bit as well. Supplements can sometimes be a waste of money because with a good diet you will be getting more than enough for what your body will absorb.
