Coach Brent,
I am aware that you are familiar with Dr. Kelly Starrett and his book “Becoming a Supple Leopard.” Dr. Starrett has much information about mobility that can help pitchers reach their top level of performance. Yet there is one concept that Dr. Starrett provides which is something out of the norm for baseball players. The idea of using voodoo mobility bands to compress our joints such as our elbow and shoulder to then move them in our end ranges of motion to create an excess flow of oxygen to that part of the body. Do you think pitchers should use this as a method to enhance their arm health?
