All my life i have used the old school arm action, but when i see the arm action video in this site i decided to practice with that and today was my first game with this new arm action and i felt more explosive but also after the game i feel my rotator cuff a little stressed. I havent throw for 2 weeks and i only throw 15-20 pitches, is this normal?

Making a significant change to your arm action in season isn’t the safest way to go about it. Mainly because your arm is not conditioned in this arm path. Next time you make a change like that you need to give it some time to get used to it before using it in competition.

If you are having arm pain I would not. If you feel strong then pitch the game but try to get some more reps in with the new arm path before letting it go in the game.
