Saturday was the first game that i started with this 3X mechanics. I throw 76 pitches and i felt great velocity so the next day i felt more sore in the latissimus dorsi than the elbow and the shoulder together. I felt almost nothing sore in my shoulder and elbow, only in the latisimus dorsi. What does this mean?

PD: sorry if i have bad english

This means you will have a healthier arm from here on out if you can keep these mechanics. The lat is a large muscle and it will handle more stress than the rotator cuff alone. This means you have the potential to through harder and recover faster.
