I’ve seen many weight lifters dealing with their back pain which comes suddenly after lifting a heavy weight or doing any wrong move. Behind the injury there are lot of wrong moves which you made due to your wrong posture, and lack of wearing proper equipment to support your body during lifting heavy weight. This is very important to wear a weight lifting belt while doing weight lifting. I never wear it and because of my carelessness, I get back injury.
