really depends on your body fat percentage and your height. You could be really heavy for a short person, or light for a tall person. I would go with at least 80% protein in every protein shake you get (check the label and check how much protein per 100g) and eat a lot more carbs without having it in the protein shake itself. If you’re trying to bulk, you can have carbs in it, but just eat a lot and you won’t need to.
