How is this program better then the Jamie Evans and Tom House program?

Is this program safe for an 11 year old?

Any information would be greatly appreciated

It is very different. It is a comprehensive approach to developing the high velocity pitcher. This means it includes drill based throwing programs, Olympic based strength and conditioning programs and anaerobic conditioning programs. The biomechanics education is extremely in depth along with the training models. It covers a careers worth of development.

It is safe for anyone to use, mainly because it is teaching the pitcher efficient pitching mechanics. It comes with a Beginners Program to help start the youth pitcher build the foundation needed to advance with the 3X programs.

I was thinking of bringing my son to one of your camps. He is young, 9 in April, and has just made an elite team. I want his pitching training to start with those who are concerned with his development and not tournament wins. I already disagree with aome of what is being tought by his pitching coach. My question, does your program go over control as well as velocity? Do you believe the mechanics in your program address the control portion of pitching?

Thanks,
James

Yes, precision is a big part of 3X pitching which is defined in the pitching mechanics. It will give him everything he will ever need to develop himself into an elite pitcher.
