I just purchased the top velocity program and I became acclimated to it, but there’s a problem. I am starting football season and we lit weights during the season so do you think that I should still try to do the lifting program for this or should I just work on mechanics until after my football season ends?

honestly, mostly just work on your mechanics. Your football workouts likely consist of heavy load strength training, Olympic lifts, and speed and plyometric/agility training. This is basically the meat and potatoes of the Fusion System. The point of football training is to increase your strength/power to weight ratio, which is the same goal as the 3X programs. I’d just leaf through the 3X programs and add anything important to your football workouts, but I wouldn’t try doing both extensively.
Just do the football workouts thinking about how it affects both pitching mechanics and football.
