Jonny Oswald working hard this year
Summary of Jonny’s workouts for week 3 in a video. We started a new cycle in December and carried it into January. So this video is a split between recovery and performance weeks from the Ace Pitcher Handbook. Looking to get clean to 1.3 p/w ratio before the season starts. Note that some things were substituted based on availability of equipment.
