Very interested in how to make the best strength gains possible while working the program.
What has been the experience when that produces the best results?
Is is best to (A) work the program precisely using the % based on your 1 rep max, or (B) always continuing to bump the weight % up based on how you feel?
I know that week #3 and week #7 are for recovery which is very important … but – I was wondering what has been the “experience” that has produced the best results?
Also – any insight into “things” that have been done to produce better results would be greatly appreciated. A young man on here who has made great progress shared some very interesting thoughts on using hypertrophy while working the program. I was just wondering if anyone else had any additional thoughts …
